Statement of Faith

· The Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative word of God and inerrant in the original writings.

· God eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

· The deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His personal return in power and glory.

· The lost and sinful man must be saved and that man’s only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

· We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are unsaved unto resurrection of damnation.

· In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.

· We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Gods wonderful plan of salvation was motivated by His great love for us. He desires to have an intimate relationship with us now, and for us to be with Him for all eternity. Thats why Jesus was born in a manger and died on the cross: to provide a way for us to reach the Father.

To receive this gift of salvation, all we have to do is believe and receive. Now, believing is not based on how we feel. Believing is a response to Gods truth. And we act out our belief by making the decision to turn from our sins and receive Gods forgiveness.

Believing in Jesus as Gods Son, in His sacrificial death on the cross, and in His resurrection promises us something amazing: salvation and eternal life. Gods infinite love for us has provided a way for us to be with Him forever. And thats definitely something to celebrate!*
